      Water kefir is a naturally fermented drink made with watersugar, and live kefir cultures (beneficial bacteria and yeast). Milk kefir uses dairywater kefir does not, so it fits dairy free routines. Ken Kwong water kefir is made in Hong Kong and sold in 250ml bottles.

      We suggest about 250ml a day, which is one bottle. You can also mix it with juice or honey if you like a softer taste. We recommend taking it with meals or before bed, and not on an empty stomach, because stronger stomach acid on an empty stomach can make fermented drinks uncomfortable for some people. If you have ongoing gut issues or ulcer history, please check with your doctor first.
