      Water kefir is a naturally fermented drink made with water, sugar, and live kefir cultures (beneficial bacteria and yeast). Milk kefir uses dairy; water kefir does not, so it fits dairy free routines. Ken Kwong water kefir is made in Hong Kong and sold in 250ml bottles.

      We suggest about 250ml a day, which is one bottle. You can also mix it with juice or honey if you like a softer taste. We recommend taking it with meals or before bed, and not on an empty stomach, because stronger stomach acid on an empty stomach can make fermented drinks uncomfortable for some people. If you have ongoing gut issues or ulcer history, please check with your doctor first.

      Every flavour starts from water, raw cane sugar, dried figs, and kefir strains. Orange Carrot adds orange and carrot; Beetroot Citron adds beetroot and citron; Pineapple Passionfruit adds pineapple and passion fruit; Original keeps the clean base. We do not add dairy to these recipes. Because it is fermented, a tiny amount of alcohol can be present; it is typically under 1%. If you must avoid alcohol completely, please do not drink this product.
