Delivery

We deliver within Hong Kong only. Our temperature-controlled delivery covers Hong Kong excluding outlying islands; check at checkout or contact us before ordering. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Free delivery for orders of HK$500 or above. A delivery fee of HK$60 applies to orders below HK$500. The checkout page shows the amount for your order. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Typically 1–2 days from order confirmation (Hong Kong). We ship Monday–Saturday with a cut-off of 1:00 PM (HKT). We'll notify you via WhatsApp, phone, and/or email with your delivery window. Check your order status at Track your order. If you have not received your order within a day or two after the expected delivery window, please contact us.

Payment

Your security is our priority. All transactions on our website are encrypted using SSL technology to ensure your privacy and security. We meet current security standards and regulatory requirements.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB), digital wallets (Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Samsung Pay), and Hong Kong payment methods (FPS, Octopus, PayMe, Alipay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay). Ordering & Orders

Add the products you want to your cart, then go to Cart and Proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery and payment details and complete payment. Your order number will appear on screen, and we will send an order confirmation to your email.

You may request cancellation within a short window (by 4:00 PM the same or next business day depending on order time)—see our Refund Policy for details. After that we cannot cancel or change the items. If you need to change the delivery date before it ships or have another question, please contact us as soon as you can.

We welcome bulk and business enquiries. Email us with the products, quantities, contact name, and phone number and we will pass it to the right team.

Returns & Refunds

We sell frozen, perishable food and do not accept returns for food safety and hygiene reasons. If you receive damaged, wrong, or faulty items that you believe are our responsibility, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number and a short description; Photos can help us process your case faster but are not required. We will review each case and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Product Storage & Use

Keep them frozen until you're ready to use them. Unopened, they can be kept in the fridge for about 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. For best quality, use them as soon as you can.

Keep unopened frozen Hakka rice cakes in the freezer and use them by the "best before" date on the pack. Once opened, follow the storage instructions on the product and use soon.

Store opened packs as directed on the packaging (usually in the fridge and within the stated period). Check each product's packaging for exact use-by or best-before info.
