Shipping policy

At Darn Good! (堅掂!), we are committed to delivering your frozen Chinese food products in optimal condition. We partner with SF Express to provide temperature-controlled delivery services to ensure your products arrive fresh and properly preserved. We deliver within Hong Kong only.

Delivery Times

Shipping days: We ship every day except Sunday (Monday–Saturday). We do not process or ship orders on Sunday.

Order cut-off: 1:00 PM (HKT). Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Order processing time: Within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday). We process and prepare orders on business days before handover to SF Express.

Transit time: Typically 1 day from handover to SF Express to delivery (Hong Kong).

Estimated delivery time: Typically 1–2 days from order confirmation (Hong Kong only). We will notify you via WhatsApp, phone, and/or email of your expected delivery window.

Delivery Notifications

We will contact you via WhatsApp (http://wa.me/85270918814), phone, and/or email to confirm your exact delivery time and coordinate the delivery. Please ensure we have a WhatsApp number, phone number, or email address we can use when placing your order.

Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery: Orders of HK$500 or above
  • Delivery fee: HK$60 for orders below HK$500

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

Carrier Services – Temperature-Controlled Delivery

We partner with SF Express to provide professional temperature-controlled delivery services for our frozen food products. This ensures your products maintain proper temperature throughout transit.

Temperature Zones

SF Express offers three temperature-controlled zones to suit different product requirements:

  • Frozen zone: -18°C to -15°C (for frozen products like dumplings and wontons)
  • Chilled zone: 0°C to 4°C (for chilled products)
  • Air-conditioned zone: 17°C to 22°C (for temperature-sensitive products)

Service Coverage

SF Express temperature-controlled delivery services are available throughout Hong Kong, excluding outlying islands. The service includes:

  • Door-to-door delivery
  • Pickup service available at designated SF Express business stations or SF Stores
  • Real-time tracking information

Packaging and Handling

All our frozen products are packaged according to SF Express cold chain service guidelines:

  • Products are properly frozen or pre-cooled before shipping
  • Insulated packaging is used to maintain temperature during transit
  • Products are handled with care to ensure quality upon arrival

Size and Weight Limits

Standard delivery packages are subject to the following limits:

  • Maximum weight: 20 kg per package
  • Maximum dimensions: Total linear dimensions (Length + Width + Height) ≤ 140 cm
  • Larger orders may be split into multiple packages or require special arrangements

Order Processing

After you place your order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email
  2. We will process and prepare your order for shipment (within 1 business day, Monday–Saturday)
  3. We will contact you via WhatsApp, phone, and/or email to confirm delivery details
  4. Your order will be shipped via SF Express temperature-controlled delivery
  5. You will receive tracking information via email, WhatsApp, and/or phone once your order is shipped

Multiple Packages

Larger orders may be split into multiple parcels. If so, we will notify you via WhatsApp, phone, and/or email. Each parcel may have its own tracking number; we will share tracking information for all parcels.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and delivery route. We will notify you of the expected delivery window via WhatsApp, phone, and/or email. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at your building entrance during the scheduled time.

Damaged or Spoiled Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product (e.g. crushed or torn packaging, thawing or broken seals), or notice a quality or defect that you believe is our responsibility, contact us immediately so we can look into it.

  • Contact us via WhatsApp (http://wa.me/85270918814) or email (info@darngd.com) with your order number and, if possible, a short description and photos of the issue.
  • Report any such issue within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can address it promptly.
  • We will review each case and may offer a replacement of the same product or a refund to your original payment method. We may need a short processing time to assess your case; we will respond and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

Weather and Service Interruptions

Deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

  • Severe weather conditions (typhoons, heavy rain, etc.)
  • Public holidays
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we will contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule your delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these situations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, WhatsApp, and/or phone. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page, or use the tracking information to monitor your delivery through SF Express's tracking system.

Special Instructions

If you have special delivery instructions or requirements, contact us via WhatsApp before your order is shipped. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee all can be fulfilled.
