At Darn Good! (堅掂！), we are committed to delivering your frozen Chinese food products in optimal condition. We partner with SF Express to provide temperature-controlled delivery services to ensure your products arrive fresh and properly preserved. We deliver within Hong Kong only.

Delivery Times

Shipping days: We ship every day except Sunday (Monday–Saturday). We do not process or ship orders on Sunday.

Order cut-off: 1:00 PM (HKT). Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Order processing time: Within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday).

Transit time: Typically 1 day from handover to SF Express to delivery (Hong Kong).

Estimated delivery time: Typically 1–2 days from order confirmation. We will notify you via WhatsApp, phone, and/or email of your expected delivery window.

Delivery Notifications

We will contact you via WhatsApp, phone, and/or email to confirm your exact delivery time. Please ensure we have a valid WhatsApp number, phone number, or email address when placing your order.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping: Orders of HK$300 and above (home delivery)
  • Standard shipping fee: HK$60 for orders HK$300 or below
  • Free delivery to pickup point: Orders of HK$150 and above — Free delivery to SF Express lockers, convenience stores, or other courier service locations

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and selected delivery method.

Carrier Services – Temperature-Controlled Delivery

We partner with SF Express to provide professional temperature-controlled delivery services for our frozen food products. This ensures your products maintain proper temperature throughout transit.

Temperature Zones

  • Frozen zone: -18°C to -15°C (for frozen dumplings and wontons)
  • Chilled zone: 0°C to 4°C (for chilled products)
  • Air-conditioned zone: 17°C to 22°C (for temperature-sensitive products)

Service Coverage

SF Express temperature-controlled delivery is available throughout Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands). The service includes:

  • Door-to-door delivery
  • Pickup at designated SF Express stations or convenience stores
  • Real-time tracking

Size and Weight Limits

  • Maximum weight: 20 kg per package
  • Maximum dimensions: Length + Width + Height ≤ 140 cm
  • Larger orders may be split into multiple packages

Order Processing

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email
  2. We will process and prepare your order (within 1 business day, Monday–Saturday)
  3. We will contact you via WhatsApp/phone/email to confirm delivery details
  4. Your order will be shipped via SF Express temperature-controlled service
  5. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped

Multiple Packages

Larger orders may be split into multiple parcels. We will notify you and provide tracking information for each parcel.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will notify you of the expected delivery window via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Damaged or Spoiled Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or notice any quality issue, contact us immediately.

  • Report within 24–48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos (if possible).
  • We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

Weather and Service Interruptions

Deliveries may be delayed due to severe weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule if needed.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order on our Track Order page or via the SF Express app/website.

Special Instructions

If you have special delivery instructions, please contact us via WhatsApp before your order is shipped. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
