Our Process: Dumplings, Wontons & Hakka Rice Cakes

We believe in showing, not just saying. Here's how we make our dumplings, wontons, and Hakka rice cakes in our licensed Hong Kong kitchen—the same approach we've used for years.

Handmade, One by One

Every dumpling and wonton is handmade one by one in our licensed Hong Kong kitchen. We prepare the filling and fold each piece by hand. Small batches, then flash-frozen the same day to lock in freshness. Same recipes, same care.

Traditional Hakka Steaming

Our Hakka rice cakes are made the traditional way: hand-kneaded dough, steamed in steamer baskets, then flash-frozen. A Hong Kong specialty, produced in our licensed kitchen.

Why Handmade?

Each dumpling and wonton is shaped by hand. Small batches so we can focus on every piece. Traditional recipes—chives and pork, shrimp wontons, Hakka rice cakes—made the way we've long done it. If we wouldn't serve it to our own family, we won't sell it. Available for Hong Kong delivery.
