Our vegan pearl chicken is the small steamed parcel you recognise from Hong Kong teahouses: sticky rice with shiitake mushroom, crisp fried enoki, and a savoury plant-based filling with a char siu–style depth, lifted by gentle herbs and spices. Each box holds three pieces and two hundred grams in total—enough to share or to enjoy as a hearty snack.
Made in Hong Kong in the Veggie So Easy frozen dim sum range, created with Chef Ken Kwong of Soo Good Vegan Restaurant. It is fully vegan, with no five pungent spices, no egg, and no dairy. Heat from frozen in a steamer or microwave until piping hot, then serve with soy sauce, chilli oil, or pickles for contrast. Keep frozen until use; see the label for ingredients and allergens (the filling can contain gluten from wheat-based components).
