Unwrap a classic Hong Kong lotus leaf parcel—rebuilt for a fully plant-based table. Fragrant germ rice is steamed in lotus leaf with vegan abalone (konjac), vegan scallop from crisp fried enoki, shiitake and lion's mane mushrooms, and sweet chestnut, finished with vegetarian oyster sauce, ginger, mushroom powder, raw cane sugar, and Himalayan rock salt for a savoury, umami-rich bite.
Each pack is 400 g—a generous single serve or shareable side. From the Veggie So Easy line, developed with chef Ken Kwong in Hong Kong: vegan, no five pungent spices (allium-free), and no egg or dairy. Heat straight from frozen until piping hot.
